Step 1 - Finances

Before looking for your new NEST, speak to an independent mortgage advisor to find out how much you can borrow and how much your monthly repayments are likely to be. They will be able to compare mortgages from many lenders, and advice you on the best rates. We can arrange for a recommended advisor to contact you at a time convenient to you, taking the stress out of arranging your mortgage.

Step 2 - Find your NEST

Make a list of your must-haves in a property. Think about locations you would consider, type of property, minimum bedrooms and any amenities that are important to you.
Register with us and we will discuss your specific requirements. We can then match your needs to our portfolio of properties, as well as keeping you up -to-date with email and SMS alerts with the very latest properties.

Step 3 - Book in Viewings

Once you have seen a property you like, book in an appointment to view as soon as possible, you don’'t want to miss out on that perfect NEST. We are available from 8am - 8pm to book your appointments, and give you more information. Remember to request the Home Report to give you more detailed information about the property.

Step 4 - Making an Offer

You’'ve found your NEST, great news. NEST will help you secure your chosen property, and will put forward your offer to the seller, both verbally and in writing. We will be there to support you every step of the way.

Step 5 - Offer Accepted

Once your offer is accepted, you will need to instruct a solicitor to issue a formal offer to the sellers solicitor. NEST can arrange a solicitor for you, again making the process hassle free. The solicitor will begin the process of concluding missives. Instruct your mortgage advisor to begin the process of getting a written loan offer, to secure your mortgage for your new NEST. We will liaise with solicitors, surveyors and mortgage advisors to help the process go as smoothly as possible.

Step 6 - Conveyancing

Solicitors will negotiate the terms of the contract for the property on your behalf, this will continue until both parties have reached an agreement of the terms. Once agreed, the missives will be concluded.

Step 7 - Completion

Its time to move into your new NEST! Solicitors will arrange for funds to be transferred and all that's left to do is collect your keys. Congratulations!
