We choose NEST after a search for local estate agents and after reading their positive testimonials we booked an appointment with Lyndsay, who came out to the home we were selling and discussed realistic valuation, ceiling price in the area etc. She also spent time answering all of our questions. We picked to do our own viewings and were guided on how to go about this. Our house went on line for sale on the Friday. We were away for the weekend and had booked viewings from the Monday to the Thursday the following week. Our house had a firm offer in writing by the Wednesday. The Team at NEST have been with us every step of the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they are available until 8pm. Their fees are transparent and easy to understand. Would use again and recommend in a heart beat. Friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.

What an amazing job Lyndsay and the team did getting us to the market in such a short space of time, helping with suggestions on how to dress our home and being really easy to work with around the marketing for our property. We had over 15 viewings in the space of a week and went to a closing date a week after going to market. Things didn't go smoothly with our buyer in the end but Lyndsay worked tirelessly to support us and keep pushing our buyer and their solicitors for updates at their end.
